Transformational leadership plays a crucial role in managing organizational performance, especially in the 4.0 industrial era, which demands effective integration and collaboration between leaders and employees. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of transformational leadership in enhancing employee performance and its role in helping organizations adapt to changes in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive nature. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews. The sample in this research consists of two participants: (VS) as the leader and (NM) as an employee. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative, by describing or depicting the collected data. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership at Isana Minimarket plays a vital role in improving employee performance through various strategies such as motivation, skill development, and a supportive work environment. The leader provides guidance and inspiration to employed by implementing a performance-based reward system, such as bonuses and incentives, which encourages them to perform better. In facing changes in the digital era, transformational leadership at Isana Minimarket helps the organization adapt to evolving technologies and market trends. The use of digital cashier systems, barcode scanners, and electronic payment methods can enhance operational efficiency and customer convenience.
