PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, KOMPETENSI, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (SURVEI PT BANK SUMUT CABANG KOORDINATOR MEDAN)

Human resources play an important role in determining the success or failure of a company. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, competence, and work motivation on the employee performance of PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Koordinator Medan. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Koordinator Medan, totaling 132 people. The research sample was determined using the Slovin formula, and 56 employees were obtained. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation, competence, and work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously.
