The implementation of curriculum 2013 inside the faculty wonderful (SMALB) put in force the scholars to pay attention to the concept of understanding declarative gaining knowledge of, along with for blind students of SMALB. This study ambitions to decide information declarative college students in studying mathematics SLB A Bina Insani Bandar Lampung. The subject of the studies are mathematics instructors and college students of class XI SLB A Bina Insani Bandar Lampung. This studies is descriptive qualitative research. records have been collected thru statement, interview, and documentation take a look at. The validity of records using triangulation of time, i.e. by matching the statistics behavior of the meta cognition of college students with visible impairment on the collection of data of the second and third. the stairs in records analysis consist of records reduction, information presentation, and end. Results showed that expertise declarative students within the learning of mathematics includes the don't forget of facts is important in gaining knowledge of, can present statistics with its very own language, it is able to compare and distinguish the principles, recognize the difficulties in gaining knowledge of, knowing the gaining knowledge of strategies themselves, knowing the sources of studying, and knowing the reason of a remember, while the behavior of meta cognition blind college students about the procedural knowledge in studying arithmetic encompass knowing the software of gaining knowledge of techniques which is better.
