The research aims to determine the role of the government in providing assisted children's educational rights in special children's training institutions and to determine the inhibiting factors in providing assisted children's educational rights in special children's training institutions. The research method used in this research is an Empirical Juridical Research approach. The results of this research are (1) The role of the government in the implementation of education and teaching for assisted children in Special Child Development Institutions is carried out using a model of implementing equal educational learning and teaching (packages A, B, C) which is an alternative model in order to meet needs. continuing education for children implemented at LPKA. 2) The inhibiting factors faced by special child development institutions are, first, the lack of teaching staff (teachers), second, the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure to support the education and teaching process and the lack of cooperation carried out by LPKA with other parties.
