Abstract

Employee retention is a process where individuals in an organization feel motivated and encouraged to continue to commit and work over a long period of time. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of Work Life Balance and Workload on Employee Retention at PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. This study obtained primary data by distributing research questionnaires to PT employees. Bukit Asam tbk as the object studied as well as secondary information obtained through literature such as journals and relevant data collected from related companies. The data processing method is applied through the Statistica Program for Social Science program with the IBM SPSS 30 application to evaluate hypotheses and the influence of relationships between variables. In this study, the sample consisted of 64 respondents representing a total of 172 employees who were calculated using the Slovin formula. The results of this study show that Work Life Balance has no significant effect on Employee Retention and Workload has a significant effect on Employee Retention.
