ANALISIS PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT RUMAH SAKIT URIP SUMOHARJO BANDAR LAMPUNG

This study aims to examine various Asep that affect the performance of nurses at Urip Sumoharjo Hospital, especially motivation and discipline, considering the important role of nurses in providing health services. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that work discipline and employee motivation have a significant effect on improving their work results. Together with 53 workers in the ICU nurse room at Urip Sumaharjo Hospital. The Slovin formula was used to calculate the number of samples from 35 people who answered. Data analysis has shown that there is a strong correlation between employee motivation and their performance. Motivation has a very high t-value (5.992), exceeding the threshold value (2.045). In addition, this acquisition is very statistically significant, as indicated by the very small p-value (0.000). In the same way, work discipline also has a significant effect on performance, with a t-value of 2.560 and a p-value of 0.015. The F test shows a synergistic relationship between motivation and work discipline as the main factors of employee performance; the two factors studied were able to explain 90.3% of the variation in employee performance, while other factors not studied only contributed 9.7%. Therefore, to achieve the best performance, especially in nursing.
