Abstract

The quality of educational services is a major concern amidst increasingly complex global demands, not only in formal education but also non-formal education such as Course and Training Institutions (LKP). This study aims to examine the leadership style applied at LKP Brilliant, as well as the effectiveness and factors that influence the success of leadership in improving the quality of educational services. The background of this study is based on the need for visionary and transformative leaders who are able to encourage innovation, collaboration, and adaptation to developments in the era. This study focuses on the transformational leadership style that has proven effective in building a positive work climate and improving organizational performance. With a qualitative approach with a case study design, this article explores how the leadership applied at LKP Brilliant contributes to increasing the competitiveness of institutions, as well as responding to labor market needs in a relevant and sustainable manner. These findings are expected to be a strategic reference for non-formal educational institutions in facing the challenges of the modern world of education.
