ANALISIS SALURAN DISTRIBUSI UNTUK PRODUK TAHU MURNI DI KEPULAUAN NIAS

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the distribution channels of pure tofu products in the Nias Islands. The primary focus is to identify distribution patterns, the roles of agents, and the challenges encountered in distributing pure tofu products. The research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that the distribution channels involve various agents in several areas such as Gunungsitoli, Telukdalam, and other regions in the Nias Islands. The main challenges include limited infrastructure, high distribution costs, and lack of coordination between producers and distribution agents. Suggested solutions include improving communication among stakeholders, implementing more efficient distribution management, and enhancing supporting infrastructure.
