Abstract

Oyster mushroom cultivation requires precise control of temperature and humidity to ensure optimal growth. The main challenge in this cultivation is maintaining stable environmental conditions. This study aims to develop a system for controlling temperature and humidity using an Arduino Uno with the Fuzzy Sugeno method, along with ESP32 and the Blynk application for real-time monitoring. The system is designed to maintain the temperature between 27°C and 30°C and the humidity between 80% and 90%, which is the optimal condition for the growth of oyster mushrooms. The results of the testing showed that the system successfully maintained temperature and humidity within the desired range, making it easier for farmers to efficiently manage environmental conditions through remote monitoring. The use of the Fuzzy Sugeno method, combined with IoT integration via Blynk, proved to be effective in supporting the environmental control of oyster mushroom cultivation.
