The purpose of this study was to ascertain the impact of work motivation and organizational commitment through awards on job satisfaction at the Salman Al Farisi Education Foundation. We used a quantitative research method, distributing questionnaires to a sample of 133 Salman Al Farisi Education Foundation employees. Our findings indicate that organizational commitment has a significant influence on job satisfaction, but not on rewards, while work motivation can have a significant impact on both. The award given does not demonstrate a significant impact on job satisfaction. The presence of work motivation can increase employees' enthusiasm at work, enabling them to fulfill their organizational commitment to the company.
