Abstract

One of the stages of asset management both in the company and the state is the use and/or utilization. Based on previous research during the Covid-19 pandemic, it can be said that the utilization of state assets in the form of office buildings has decreased. However, the decrease in the use of building assets is not in line with the operational needs of the building. This research conducts a technical feasibility study of construction, structure, facilities, infrastructure, and drainage, as well as the economy before the use of the old building is increased.
