Humans often make mistakes, whether intentional or not, which can result in legal violations and criminal sanctions. After undergoing the trial process, prisoners are placed in correctional institutions to improve themselves. However, they often feel worried about the future and society's judgment after serving their sentence. This research focuses on prisoners who experience loss of life expectancy, especially cases of murder by a woman. The author conducted field research at the Class IIA Women's Correctional Institution in Bandar Lampung, by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. Research results show that many prisoners feel embarrassed and hesitate to express their feelings, which causes them to feel depressed. Individual counseling services with a client-centered approach were carried out over seven meetings, and showed positive changes in prisoners, who began to be independent in decision making. This research continues until the client feels healed from their feelings.
